Youth Open Festival Culture
NORAD er med i dette prosjektet som har som mål å promovere tverrfaglige samarbeidprosjekter mellom unge, funksjonshemmede utøvere og unge fra etniske minoriteter. Prosjektene vil være innen dans, billedkunst og musikk. Bevilget støtte fra EUs Kulturprogram er 1,42 millioner kroner.
The Youth Open Festival Culture (Acronym YOFECU) project aims at promoting the potential of interdisciplinary cooperation in the arts produced by young artists with disabilities. The idea is to invest in the concept of Open Festival, to create an opportunity for European comparison between integrated cultural groups and talented artists with disabilities and the ethnic minority groups within the disciplines of dance, of painting and music with relevance at the European Level.
The results and the events are opened to the general public.
The project will start on May, 2012, 02th for a duration of eighteen months
The main planned activities are:
- support and realization of 5 Events for selection by five groups of young artists
- organization of five workshop and 5 artistic laboratories
- organization of an European Festival of different abilities
- set up of database on artistic creation process
- dissemination of artistic performance through modern communication technologies.
